So far I have extracted the pin code for the smart key programming and done some driving tests. The topology function is also very useful.

Very good tool

$1,100 scanner and it won't reprogram tire size on a 2015 Chevy Tahoe, it only lets you set the tire type and pressure settings. It did let me disable AFM (Cylinder deactivation or V4 mode) on the Tahoe. It let me enable AFM on my 2007 Chevy Silverado, but now it won't disable the AFM on my Silverado. Most special features don't work on any of my vehicles including my 2023 Honda Civic. Customer support is slow and they want you to send videos of issue, however most email programs won't send files that large so they reply to use a site called WeTransfer for large videos. I did send them the video through WeTransfer, and now they say they didn't get them and want me to send them a link to the videos. Unfortunately, they took several days to email this info to me and now WeTransfer no longer has the video available.

The XTOOL D9 PRO works great and has met all of my expectations so far. I am very pleased with the product as well as the top notch communication with the seller, and I would be happy to recommend this product.
