Hi i bought the X100 pad i wanted to use the mileage adjustment but i cant! I really need your help. It say reading mileage failed. Could you help me! To do it good?

Got it really fast, looks great and legit. But when I plug in to vehicles, it says "failed to communicate " when i try various options and I don't know why. Have had this with 4 vehicles in my yard. Very little instructions available with unit
